Sovereign Terms and Conditions

You are a Sovereign Being Entering a Natural Time Zone Art Spore ~ Weaving The Dream Conference.

The land you enter is sacred, a pristine environment in the rolling hills just 1 hr from Melbourne Australia, we ask you treat this environment with honour and respect.

We will co-create this Together, building upon and following Earth Grids, using Fire, Earth, Air, Water and Crystal. Contributing to the Earth, A place of offerings, please remain conscious of building this intention throughout the Event.

Each sovereign person in attendance is responsible for the health and well being of their own personal self and the well being of others and their environment.

We do not wish to rely on Drugs and Alcohol to have a good time at this gathering.

Plant based herbal tinctures for healing are welcome.

This is a participatory Art Spore....Each person will enter this event via the Galactic Passport Office.....From this check point at the Conference, we ask you to turn off all devices related to wi-fi, cameras, laptops. (WTD Crew will be advised to use all devices without connection to wifi, where possible. ) Thank you for your co-operation, as we wish to have minimum Wi-fi wave footprint as part of the vision of Weaving The Dream ~ Natural Time Art Spore.

Waiver

All event goers are required to behave in a respectful manner, to each other, organisers and the land upon which we gather on. Weaving the Dream is an illicit drug free event.

All tickets sales are final.

Name changes/ticket transfers are allowed and the responsibility of the ticket holder.

A change in personal circumstances of the ticket holder does not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

The organisers shall not be required to provide ticket refunds (in whole or in part) or other compensation to ticket holders in the event of event cancellation by organisers, the venue, or cancellation of ticket by the ticket holder. Any requests for refund are to be made in writing to weavingthedream@protonmail.com

You as the ticket holder hereby acknowledge that the event site and the land it is staged on is a natural environment and potentially may contain all manner of obstacles, risks and dangers, both known and unknown, natural and man made which may result in loss or damage to your property, personal injury or even death. Knowing the aforementioned matters to be the case, if you choose to attend the event and enter the Candlebark site, you do so AT YOUR OWN RISK, waiving and foregoing any rights to make any claims for losses and injuries and you warrant that you will come well prepared to handle challenging situations that may be presented to you at the festival site.
